Practical Help for Home & Property
The Clean Homestead is not a traditional maid service, daily housekeeping service, or full-time home maintenance company. We provide something a little different: flexible, dependable help with the things that need done around your home and property.
Some clients may want help keeping their home clean and in order once or twice a week. Others may need someone to mow the lawn, clear leaves, handle seasonal work, help with a project, make a basic repair, or take care of something that has been sitting on the to-do list.
Some needs are regular. Some are occasional. Some are one-time jobs. We’re happy to work with you on all three.
And if you have a job that doesn’t fit neatly into one of our listed services, ask us. Odd jobs and unusual requests are welcome. If it’s something we can safely and reasonably handle, we’ll be glad to discuss it.

Not everything around a home fits into a service category—and that’s part of what makes The Clean Homestead different.
If you have something you’ve been putting off, a project that needs an extra set of hands, or simply something you aren’t able to get to yourself, ask us. We’ll take a look at what you need and let you know if it’s something we can help with.
How We Price Our Services
Because no two homes, properties, or projects are exactly alike, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all price list.
Depending on the service, pricing may be based on the individual visit, the scope of the project, an hourly rate, or a combination of factors. We consider things such as the size and condition of the home or property, the work requested, time involved, frequency of service, materials, equipment, and other circumstances that may affect the job.
For recurring services, we can establish a consistent price based on the work and schedule agreed upon. For one-time jobs and special projects, we’ll discuss the work with you and provide an appropriate estimate or pricing arrangement before beginning.
We Don’t Believe in Surprises
Our goal is to make pricing straightforward and understandable. We’ll discuss what you need, how the work will be priced, and any significant factors that may affect the cost before we get started.
If a job changes significantly once we’re into it, we’ll communicate with you rather than simply proceeding with unexpected work or charges.
One-Time, Occasional, or Recurring
You don’t have to sign up for a daily service or commit to a permanent schedule. We offer services according to your needs and our availability.

The Clean Homestead was built around the idea that sometimes you don’t need a specialist—you just need someone dependable who is willing and capable of lending a hand.
